Slurp & Sip Sessions

Get Ready to Slurp, Sip, & Explore the finest oysters around from October 10-22 in our inaugural OysterFest! In addition to a rotating selection of oysters at the bar, we'll host star guest shuckers Georgette Moger on Oct 12 and Rachel Precious on Oct 13. The fest will feature special dishes such as oyster sliders, po-boys, and stew, a series of oyster tasting sessions, and culminate in a fantastic Slurping contest on October 22nd. 

Our Slurp & Sip sessions will each feature four sensational oyster + drink pairings led by Saltaire Proprietor Les Barnes along with a series of experts - for $20 per session. Each session will run from 7-8pm. All proceeds will benefit the Billion Oyster Project.
