Mr. Santos Rubio has been a namesake in the Westchester & Fairfield areas for over 20 years. He is passionate about food, hospitality, and craft cocktails. Santos has worked on the floor and helped build the bar program at Saltaire over the last three years. He works closely with the owners as a professional attribute. His smooth & enjoyable techniques make dinners at Saltaire an exquisite experience!
